Returns
You may return most new, unused bike parts within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or refund. To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging.

Proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation or invoice) must be provided.

Items damaged due to improper installation, misuse, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.
Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions via email on how to send the product back. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to a product defect or shipping error on our part.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund.

In some cases, partial refunds may be granted if the item shows signs of use or damage not due to our error.
Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at ibikepartsteam@gmail.com with your order details and photos of the defect.
Non-Returnable Items

Order Cancellations
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it hasn’t been shipped yet. Once shipped, the standard return process applies.
Damaged or Missing Items
